Cleaning and storage
- Wipe it clean with a dry cloth. Don’t use chemical cleaners.
- Store it somewhere cool and dry.
- Don’t put it in water or use it in the rain. If it gets wet, let it dry completely before you use it.
It won’t turn on
- Charge it with the USB-C cable. If the + doesn’t blink, try a different cable or a standard 5V/1A USB adapter.
- If you’ve just unplugged it, wait about 5 seconds before turning it on.
Safety
- Keep it out of reach of children and pets, and keep fingers and objects out of the air outlets.
- Stop using it straight away if it overheats, or if the battery looks swollen, leaks or is damaged.
- Don’t take it apart. It has a built-in lithium-ion battery, so recycle it properly at the end of its life.
