How to return a fan

1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and which fan you’re returning. We’ll email you instructions for sending it back.
2. Pack it up with everything that came in the box, like the remote, extender, cable or lanyard, ideally in the original packaging.
3. Send it following the instructions we give you. Please don’t send anything back before we’ve replied, as returns we aren’t expecting can take much longer to process.

When will I get my refund?

We refund to your original payment method once your return reaches us and we’ve checked it. It can take up to 10 business days to show on your statement.

Can I exchange a fan for a different one?

We don’t do direct exchanges. Return the fan you have for a refund, and place a new order for the one you’d like.
