Changing or cancelling an order

Orders usually ship within 24 to 48 hours, so contact us as soon as you can with your order number and what you’d like to change: the address, the fans in your order, or a cancellation. We’ll do our best to catch it before it ships, and confirm by email.

If your order has already shipped, we can’t cancel it, but you can return it once it arrives. See How to return a fan.

When will I get my refund for a cancelled order?

We refund cancelled orders in full, including shipping protection, to your original payment method. It can take up to 10 business days to show on your statement, depending on your bank.
