Cleaning
Turn it off and wipe it with a soft, slightly damp cloth, including the cooling plate. Don’t put it in water.
It won’t turn on
- Press and hold the power button for a full 2.5 seconds.
- Charge it with the USB-C cable. If the battery bars don’t start filling, try a different cable or adapter.
SubZero won’t turn on, or the fan won’t go faster
The battery is very low. Recharge it, and SubZero and the higher speeds come back.
Safety
- Don’t use it if it has been in water.
- Stop using it if the battery bulges or the case deforms, and keep it away from heat.
- The battery is built in. Don’t try to replace it yourself; contact us instead. Recycle it properly at the end of its life.
